— Evan Blass (@evleaks) August 5, 2022 The Oppo Watch 3 is yet to be revealed, but thanks to well renowned leakster Evan Blass, we can get our first look at the upcoming smartwatch. From the pictures it’s evident that Oppo is not making a lot of changes from the previous series, although this time around the watch seems to be slightly curved vertically, sort of moulding the wrist’s shape. There’s also a new crown at the side, while the previous models only had buttons for navigation. https://twitter.com/realMlgmXyysd/status/1549608130249883648?t=LsR3_wobHUK7oh3ScEvVvg&s=19 The new Oppo watch series will include 3 models this time around, according to XDA recognised Developer mlgmxyysd. These models are codenamed Auster, Altron, and Altron SE. This can signify a premium version, along with two slightly step-down versions coming in at different sizes, on release. In terms of color options, each watch model will get two options – Black and Silver. Some of the models might get more colorways once the watch officially releases. Previous leaks also suggest the new Oppo Watch 3 series will get the new Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 SoC, specifically engineered for wearables. In terms of software, the new series will likely use Google’s wearOS outside China, like the previous series before it.
