In order to do so, you will need to access your email account through a means other than Windows 10 Mail – an internet browser, for example. It doesn’t matter if you delete emails from your account’s Inbox or move them to a different folder, as long as you can reduce the number of emails in the Inbox to any number less than 99, Windows 10 Mail will be able to sync with the account and successfully serve you your entire email account to you.
