This update comes following the release of the particular section of the Red Dead Redemption 2 version 1.31 patch notes devoted to new PC features. According to reports, the 433MB patch for FSR and many other modifications is currently accessible on Steam. Here are some of the changes:
Reflex has been implemented to reduce lag on gamepad only (this does not apply to those playing with mouse & keyboard input)Improvements have been made to Temporal Anti-Aliasing (TAA)AMD FidelityX Super Resolution (FSR) 2.0 has been implemented
Adding FSR 2.0 into the game was simple because it already supported NVIDIA DLSS 2.0 and other periodic upscaling technologies. The fundamental building pieces, such as motion vectors, were already in place. Since Red Dead Online support is expected to end soon and it appears unlikely that RDR2 will ever be released on a next-generation console, it is encouraging to see that at least some support is still being provided. Additionally, Red Dead Redemption 2 version 1.31 features the standard plenty of bug patches and minor adjustments. Since its release, the Red Dead Redemption Series has won the hearts of many players. Being a game that was ahead of its time, it’s remarkable to see that Rockstar Games is still developing it and continuing to provide fixes. Even while the game’s next-gen release isn’t anticipated just yet, it still looks incredible, and it will be intriguing to watch how Rockstar Games develops the franchise in the future.
