The Redmi Buds 4 feature an in-ear design while the Redmi Buds 4 Pro use a stem design. The Buds 4 comes with up to 35dB adaptive Active Noise Cancellation. It also has 3 ANC modes which are based on the environment scenario. The Buds 4 is equipped with Dual-mic AI noise, Dual Transparency modes, 10mm dynamic drivers and IP54 rating. In terms of connectivity, the Buds 4 supports Bluetooth 5.2, USB-C port and AAC codec. The Buds 4 delivers up to 30 hours of battery life with the charging case and 6 hours with earbuds (ANC off). Each bud weighs 4.5g and total weight with the case is 49g.

The Redmi Buds 4 Pro is Xiaomi’s flagship TWS offering from the Redmi lineup. The TWS delivers up to 43dB Active Noise Cancellation, thanks to the 3 microphone system. In terms of audio specs, the Buds 4 Pro uses a Dual-magnet dynamic driver to produce HiFi Sound. This driver consists of a 10mm Aluminum-magnesium moving alloy coil and a 6mm moving tweeter coil made of a Titanium diaphragm. The stem of the earbuds can be used for touch controls for music playback and launching voice assistants (Siri/Google Voice). For gamers the TWS features a dedicated 59ms Low Latency Gaming mode. On a single charge the Redmi Buds 4 Pro can offer up to 36 hours of battery life with the charging case and up to 9 hours with earbuds only.
